Cancellation and No-Show Policy

Your appointments are very important to us. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We realize that sometimes you need to adjust your schedule; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for any cancellations. Our policies are designed to benefit our clients and ensure we are in a position to provide the best quality service in a timely manner to all of our clients.

Cancellation Policy

If you fail to notify us with less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged a 25% penalty fee of the services missed. If you fail to notify us with less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the services missed. The charge will be sent by Invoice to your email and will need to be paid in full prior to booking any future services with any service providers.

No Show Policy

If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment with no notification, you will be charged 100% of the services missed. This charge will be sent by Invoice to your email and will need to be paid in full before any future appointments can be scheduled.
