No Show Policy


Your appointments are very important to us. The time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We realize that sometimes you need to adjust your schedule; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for adjustments to your appointments and for any cancellations. Our policies are designed to benefit our clients and ensure we are in a position to provide the best quality service in a timely manner to all of our clients. 



Cancellation Policy


We kindly ask that you call or text us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services too. Our appointment reminders will be sent out 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you’ve booked months ago and want to give you enough time to change or update if needed. 


If you fail to notify us with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a 25% penalty fee of the services missed. The charge will be sent by Invoice to your email and will need to be paid in full prior to booking future services. 



No Show Policy


If you fail to show up to your scheduled appointment with no notification, you will be charged a 50% penalty fee of the services missed.  This charge will be sent by Invoice to your email and will need to be paid in full before future appointments can be scheduled.
